Every piece is made by hand or printed to order — here's how we handle issues, changes, and returns.
Since most items are 3D-printed or handmade to order, we don't accept returns for a simple change of mind once production has started. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Submitting a cart on this site sends us an order request — it doesn't charge you anything. We'll follow up to confirm details and arrange payment. You can cancel or change your order any time before we've confirmed it and started production, no questions asked. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, since items are made specifically for your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it through our contact page. Please include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue — this helps us sort it out quickly. We'll offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on what makes sense for the situation.
Items that are personalized or custom-made to your specifications (custom colors, names, or one-off requests) can't be returned for a change of mind, since they're made specifically for you. Damaged or defective custom items are still covered under the policy above.
Since payment for orders is arranged individually rather than collected on this website, refunds are handled the same way — directly with you, using whatever payment method was originally used. We'll confirm the details with you once a refund is agreed on.
If a local pickup order isn't picked up within a reasonable time, or a shipped order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to sort out next steps before doing anything else with the order.
If anything about your order doesn't feel right, just reach out through our contact page — we'd rather work it out with you directly than have a complicated policy get in the way.
